"Locals only! I'm not sure how many years I passed by Grand Day Cafe. Too many to count. (Mostly after closing time to be clear.) This is a breakfast / lunch joint only. Closes by 3 PM. It hits all the cafe notes. Busy, friendly wait staff, food that actually looks like their menu pics, and a family vibe. Happy to finally make the time for a lunch trip. Cannot wait to come back!"

"Came in for a shake with M&M topper and it was perfect for a stroll down High St and around campus. The business was busy because it was a Friday night, but we got our shakes right away. There were a lot of staff there and several seemed to not have much to do, so hopefully that means they get everyone else's food orders out in a timely manner. \nI liked the shake. I had to stir up the shake and the toppings came up through the straw without getting stuck. I hope my local Dave's has this offering."

"I've been several times to sunny street. Food is ok. The bacon is cooked ahead of time to prepare for the rush which is disappointing. Turns up cold n brittle(should be cooked to order) fresh n hot. Not all cooks wear gloves which is a no no for health concerns. Managers seem oblivious to these details. Waitresses seem decent some are better and pay attention to details."
